so, our neighbor told us about the missile silos that are "around" and we definitely see humvees and black helicopters from time to time, but we weren't really prepared for this:
see those red dots? nukes, apparently. each is one of the 9,960 we've got. and, for those of you who have yet to visit, you could find our place on this map pretty much right under the big red "O" in northeastern colorado. crazy.

boo...it's a bummer when you have to live directly above the nation's paranoia. but then again, you really haven't lived untill you had your first environment scary and feel the activism boil in your blood. hopefully that's the only thing you feel boiling.ha, ha.
